The Hate for the Migrant
The hate for the migrant is real and only getting worse in the U.S. and around the world as people look to greener pastures to survive, have a better quality of life and support themselves and their families. I get that in today’s media, they are painted as criminals, law breakers, rapist, violent thugs who come through our borders Illegally as people use the word’s “Infested, Vermin” as talking points to gain political points within the U.S Election season.
I get it, there have been and will be people who come into the U.S. illegally and commit crimes, but for the most part they migrants are good people.
The struggle for Migrants is Real
I am very connected in a way to the struggles of the migrants and those NOT born in the U.S. as some may call me a sympathizer to those Illegal migrants we hear on the news almost every single day.
Now with political season in full swing, The Right and Left bring special attention to our borders, causing panic to society that those who enter our borders are out to get us, take our jobs, cause crime, kidnap our children, rape our women, and destroy our cities.
Maybe as you are reading this, you may be saying YEAH that is what they are doing now but have NO real evidence this is happening in your life, only believing what you see the media blast on your Television and across your Phones and Tablets.
The Media Cares Noting , Just Ratings
The media is a valuable resource without a doubt, and it is needed to get facts out to the people, but there are those medias that only want to get ratings, lie to the people, cause division, and hate in this country like FOX and don’t get me wrong CNN is no saint either.
The U.S. and its people have grown to believe that the migrants are the enemy and in a way who could blame people, but I would think that we were smarter than that, but apparently not, Americans are idiots to believe the lies. Some of you reading this may think I am the one who disillusioned to what is happening in the U.S. with the migrants, illegal immigration but forgot that many of those individuals have no real contact with most of us.
My Connection is Direct
Personally, I am connected, because my wife is Salvadorian whom I love and came to U.S. Legally with a visa but is well vested into what is happening in her home country such as the President, The removal of the violent killer gangs, you know the ones the U.S. deported.
El Salvador, a small Mighty Country
El Salvador a small country ravaged by gangs, murder, and violence, considered to be the murder capital of the world. But with the current president Bukele, a young millennial who has turned around the country for the best.
The Infestation of Gangs
For those not familiar with the gangs in El Salvador with two major gangs the 18th street and Mara Salvatrucha , both rival gangs who have destroyed the lives of El Salvador. There is an estimated over 70,000 gangs, many of which have been locked up recently over orders from the president Bukele.
The U.S. is the true Cause
Mara Salvatrucha also known as MS-13 is an international criminal gang that orinated from Los Angeles, California in the 1980’s. Originally, the gang was set up to protect Salvadoria immigrants from other gangs in the Los Angeles area. Over time, the gang grew into a more traditional criminal organization. In 2018, the gangs US membership of up to 10,000 accounted for less than 1% of the 1.4 million gang members in the United States.
U.S. Born Gangs Born and Raised
The other rival gang called 18th street gang, also known as Calle 18, Barrio 18, Mara 18 or simply 18 is a multi-ethnic organization that started as a street gang in Los Angeles. It is one of the largest transnational criminal gangs in Los Angeles with 30,000-50,000 members between the U.S, Mexico and Central America and is also allied with the Mexican Mafia, another US based crime organization.
The 18th street gang formed in the Rampart District of Los Angeles in the 1960’s by Mexican Americans and other Immigrants who were not accepted into existing gangs. Expanding membership into other nationalities and races.
Two killer gangs that started very similar in Los Angeles, my hometown of all places, and what is amazing is that we here in the U.S. act as we were nothing apart of the pain inflicted on those arounds the world.
Since Bukele came into power he has cracked on gangs, arresting over 75,000 having affiliations, which has overcrowded El Salvador prisons and has led to the country have the highest incarceration rate in the world by 2023.
President Bukele is Taking The Country Back
President Nayib Bukele has been criticized by human rights groups outraged over the arrests and the U.S expressing concern about the violence in the country and the methods used to combat it. Now other countries and politicians across Latin America in countries such as Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Educator and Peru have implemented similar security measures.
I often think what problems we have here in the U.S. as we continue to have gangs that take hold of cities that have been around for decades and although we do not hear about them each day, because frankly the news doesn’t wish to report a problem we have had for decades. We do have high crime rates, especially in California.
Gangs Infest U.S. Society Today
Having grew up in Los Angeles, the ultimate gang territories especially where I was from South Central, horribly crime infested with good hard-working people, who many happen to be Latino and many to be immigrants just trying to make it, only imagining what they may be thinking probably having from countries with high murder rates.
We are a nation of migrants which many forget, and it truly believe we still are but a nation who prefers to except migrants anywhere other than Latin countries, fully accepting of migrants from Europe and rule out Asian countries.
The Influx of Migrants is Nothing New
Countries where we have seen the biggest influx over years, but decades is our neighbors Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and the list goes on. The right-wing media loves to paint migrants as murders, criminals who are out to get us and our jobs, with words used such as “Infest” as if they are subhuman, not people who deserve kindness, respect and love.
Yet people today will often question, well WHY? Why can’t those immigrants stay in their country, its Not our problem to take on the world’s migrants. Our country is Not the only country that has immigration, but we are often the country that gets it blasted in the news the most especially during the political season.
Its easy to get wrapped up , as you walk down the street, go to your jobs and spend time outside to grow a hate for anyone different, often those from Latin descent, which has lead to hate crimes where people have been felt justified to say horrible things and acts against migrants. We are only getting worse but for many we don’t spread or practice hate, but sadly our country is being known for that.
Yes, there is a problem, but not with the people sincerely trying to live better lives, feed their families, with nowhere to turn as their own countries have failed them, unable to help them and unwilling at times. We are one of the greatest countries in the world for a reason simply because we have resources that help people with plenty.
Yes, We have our Own problems
I know some will say well there is NOT enough for all these people they are taking our food, our resources and NO they are not. Yes State municipalities, local governments help them with housing and food at times, but that is a small cost. I do often see the argument that WELL WE HAVE OUR OWN PROBLEMS HERE, Why aren’t those issues being addressed, like homelessness, drug epidemic , Violence, but in reality there are Far more violent U.S. citizens, who go on to kill, murder, Steal and harm it own society with prisons filled those people, yet we don’t talk about them, we don’t shine a light on them as if those criminals deserve kindness, respect for the harm they have done, but in a way I get why because in many cases U.S. born non-migrant are linked to families and people they have hurt.
Our Drug Problems are Allowed
Would I want to be reminded in the news if someone killed or harmed people in my life, NO but we have no problem making migrants out to be the patsies and criminals coming over the border at a very high cost of human trafficking, deaths and drugs that come into the U.S. Which do not primarily come from the migrants, but through our ports of entry, on trucks, on planes which we allow. But again, who in media talks about those things, just migrants as criminals, gang members and rapist.
I get there are bad actors that come over into our country who are migrants, but often far and few and much less than the media says as the sensationalize media coverage for ratings.
How the Media Paints Migrants
As we in thick of political season, don’t follow the noise, ignore it and follow what you feel to be true based on the facts not what FOX, CNN and NEWSMAX tell you but with your one research form valid sources.
I have nothing against CNN, but they are ratings driven like other networks with more of a democrat spin, left-wing media and FOX and NEWSMAX are pure unadulterated Right-Wing media, pick your poison or don’t, do your own research and make up your own mind with the facts, not half-truths and sometimes just lies.
GOD, Owns Everything
I have had more experience with migrants then I thought I would have this point in my life, but I have appreciation and respect for those who fight this life for better things, who come and do no harm to people, but try to live honest lives for themselves and their families. I have remember biblically we DO NOT OWN anything, the U.S. although is MY own, I don’t own the U.S. God is our creator he owns every piece of land, clothing, food , money and everything we use each day.
Yes we have private property, that is beside the point, but the US is not owned, the Ocean is NOT owned by man, GOD owns everything and he could allow and what he sees FIT, yet we as citizens act as if we own countries and yes I get we have to protect our borders from bad actors but in reality we have far worse things to worry about like the implosion of what is happen in our country where, immoral and unethical people rule our lives, where our countries may strike us with nuclear war, destroy our ecosystem and infrastructure like electrical grid and water supply, where is the outrage about those things.
This piece was written because deep down we need to see the good in people, that is being lost and see why even in congress, decorum and respect are gone and we as a country continue to follow to path of Rome, and we all know what happened to Rome.
Real Aliens are Here and They Mean Harm
Continue to love your fellow man, woman and children, citizen, or no citizen, but your feel human, because in the end we all bleed red, unless you’re a real Alien (Extraterrestrial) which in that case you do wish us harm and I will defend myself against your race who look to wipe us out one day. Real Aliens are not our friends and yes, they exist, and they too are coming for us.
