Health Issue Here, Keep Me In Prayer.

The plight of my struggles is ongoing at times if I am not dealing with my mental health on a daily basis or financial, I am dealing with a health issue unexpectedly.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have experienced strange things with my vision suddenly, as in the right eye I was seeing floaties and swirls, trippy things, thinking at first it must be equated to me getting older, although I am only 44 years old. Although my vision has never been great, I could see fine with glasses.

It was this week, when I felt my vision change, where I was still able to see, but did an eye test myself, covering my right and left eye.

Covering my right eye, I could see normal even when not wearing my glasses, but when I covered my left eye, it was all fuzzy, where I couldn’t read or see anything, it was a blur, appearing as if my eye was under water.

I immediately scheduled an appointment with my eye doctor, and it was determined that my Retina had detached, and I would need to now see an ophthalmologist to have this right repaired.

This is certainly frightening, having never experienced this issue with my eye before. Based on what I have researched, it’s fixable with no pain, but minor discomfort, but still inconvenient, but beats losing sight in one eye. I believe I caught it early enough to get corrected but think If I waited or decided not to correct, it would have gotten worse and irreversible.

Keep me in your prayers and for those interested in what the heck I am speaking of here is article.

Retinal detachment – Symptoms and causes – Mayo Clinic

Retinal detachment describes an emergency situation in which a thin layer of tissue (the retina) at the back of the eye pulls away from its normal position.

Retinal detachment separates the retinal cells from the layer of blood vessels that provides oxygen and nourishment to the eye. The longer retinal detachment goes untreated, the greater your risk of permanent vision loss in the affected eye.

God Bless
