We should all be in fear for this country, the good ole U.S. as we are in election year and our democracy. Democracy is a word that gets tossed around a lot, along with another word fascism, a word we know nothing about but if you have followed history, the world is very familiar with countries who have fallen under fascism, dictators and those who wish to control man, women and child with every choice, decision leaving nothing to us.
If we fail to protect democracy and fail to allow autocrats to rule, then we all be hurt. Although I do believe there are many in the U.S. who wish people to placed in Tyranny especially the poor, people of color, the less fortunate even at the expense that those people would be affected themselves.
The Division of the U.S.
The United States is severely divided, so much so I never realized how divided we had become, because throughout my forty-four years of life, I went about my life, went to school, went to work, got married, raised my child and family never fully seeing the dangers that are in today. Although as a man of God, God has already prophesied what our futures look like, what man and women will do to our world, which only means that Jesus is coming back soon. For those who do not believe, man and women are sinful, wicked and there is no one that is good, yes not one. We are all sinful and all can do great evil, but we are all given free will to choose to do good and attempt to moral.
Being in the U.S. the people choose their leaders, whether that be those in our congress and those who rule the free world. Being that man in inherently evil, flawed and sinful, those men and women can do great harm.
The Choice that will Affect us and the World
This year we choose between two, a man who had been in government for over fifty years, who has served the people as a congressman, vice president and now president. The other a convicted businessman, a snake oil salesman, an adulterer and most likely a rapist. Some who read my characterization may say I am being unfair to the former president, that he is a good man who loves the people, who wants to do good, the clean up the swamp and that what he wants to do is good.
One could say the media just wants you to believe he is bad, but his record speaks for itself, even though millions will say, it’s just a witch hunt. I get our current president is not perfect, flawed and a man who has also made bad choices politically speaking during his time in congress. But there are vast differences between the two men, aside from their age, which they are both old, ancient baffling me as to why we as a country can does not choose a man or women of younger age.
I am not necessarily saying they need to be specifically young, but a man or women of experience. We have had men and young, who were rather young, experienced in office, like JFK and even Obama, Clinton. Although all men are flawed, at least with some sense of youth, they were current in knowing what the needs of the people were. I can not stress enough men and women are never perfect, but there are those who wish to do good to society and not take advantage, not to oppress people.
I would never say who to vote for, that is your choice, but choices have consequences for all of us and we must choose the lesser of the evil. We must choose those who wish to help society, make it better not worse. Although we don’t know the future, but I know who holds the future and whatever the future may be, we will all need to accept that it’s based on our choices, you’ve been warned.
I will say that art imitates life, as many of the most incredible fictional geniuses have warned us of our futures, Orwell being one of them of course, just watch or read 1984.
It’s time to wake up to what’s coming, and it’s not good. Not to be a fear monger, although I would love to be positive that everything will work out for the best, but this time I am not too sure. Don’t ignore the noise but tune out the noise of the lying media who only wish to confuse you, to get ratings and money. Let’s not all the media to choose who this country is led, but unfortunately, I feel this has already happened.
