No, I will not let it go!

I don’t why I am so bothered over the fact that Kamala Harris lost the presidency and that we now will have a president who has vowed destruction of the United States, something we saw first hand in his first presidency. Most of us may not have been truly affected, but maybe you were, as the years of 2016 – 2020, were quite horrid as these were not a time or prosperity but of pain inflicted on the innocent.

You see, I am partial to those people we call immigrants, migrants who come to this country undocumented or not, they are still human. The argument is by many, is they don’t believe here, they need to go back to their own country and stop messing up the good ole Amerika as millions come here searching for the American dream, a dream in my opinion that is on its death bed.

These immigrants who do jobs that so many of use will not do, feeling as though we are above that line of work like jobs in agriculture, picking fruits and produce for the American people, or the person who cuts and landscapes our lawns and the lawns of America, most don’t want to get paid those low wages. 

We live in a culture where many find working in fast food too good, low skilled and for teenagers, but surprisingly many adults work in those industry propping up the fast-food nation, hardworking Americas, frankly it makes Americans seem downright lazy. I get it we are not lazy, but have grown accustomed to jobs in technology, easy money being influencers.

I truly believe people are under the illusion that the future president will care about the people, the common folk, the little guy, but his only concern is himself, enriching himself, empty words, lies. What angers me most of all is how Evangelicals Christians have fallen for his lies, his immorality, the hate that he spreads, like a virus.

Sadly, we as a country were duped by misinformation from the media and social media, using its reach to reach millions across the globe. I have no social media, no Tik Tok, Face Book, X, but do have a Linkedin, which is becoming a mini- Facebook and eventually I will just stop going to a site dedicated to professionals and job searching.

Yes, there are bad actors out there, who wish to only caused harm to our country and our election systems, which only proves, we need more protections. Miraculously there was no fraud in our elections this year, but apparently there was much fraud in previous years and I am positive the coming years, our ability to Vote will be removed and leaders will just be placed and not voted for, where we can have a true dictatorships like in mother Russia.

Disinformation was foretold Decades ago

Disinformation has been weaponized and now can be used to change the truth, and make untruths facts. Where have I seen that before, oh yes by a man who I believe prophesied what can happen to society if we don’t pay attention reading the works of “1984” and “Animal Farm”.

Jesus is my Savior Period

As  a follower of Jesus myself, he stands for nothing, but what I see is fellow brethren, people of God see him as some type of savior against the people in this country and the world. Now one may say, well, you should be happy he president, he is going to make the country better, promote Christianity and allow people to say “Merry Christmas” again.

This is a man who hates, a man wants to destroy the different, those in the LGBTQ community, Latinos and people of color. I get it as a Christian, I am against abortion, but understand its not a cut and dry issue, women have choices to do what they want with their bodies, who am I say what they can and can not do.

If a woman decides to have an abortion, that is between her and God, not between her and the U.S. Government and in my opinion have no place. Yet we have a president who has already made it impossible for women to make choices with their bodies and that was only the beginning as we have four more years and beyond in whoever he decides to put in place.

I am angered that churches across the country have promoted him as a man who will make this country better, despite his fear mongering, his out for blood attitude, but that is not a big deal. We are taught a Christians to be loving, kind and to be salt of the world. Yet how are Christians expected to act in that manner be a salt when Christians promote him as being good.

The Double Standards from Christians

Never have the heard evangelicals question his morality or speak out against his ethics, still feeling the need to destroy the democrats, Joe Biden, Kamala as their voices have magnified from the right and Christian pastors like Greg Laurie, Franklin Graham and others who have prominent voices that reach millions of people as the voice of reason.

Maybe some may say I am not a real Christian, not a believer because I don’t follow Mr. President into the deeps of hell and follow his lead, kiss the ring so to speak. I follow Jesus, what he says will happen and yes he prophesied that there will be men like Mr. President who exist and God allows them to exist not because they are ordained, but because GOD has a plan for America and its not necessary a plan that is meant to heal the nation, but also to punish the people for their sins. Yes we all sin in this world, including myself, everyone of us is not immune to God’s punishment and his is coming to America, I believe and we all must suffer as a country because we learn our lessons.

In my opinion this sums up what America is. Don’t get me wrong America was founded on Judaeo Christian principles, but we have far strayed from those principles. Due to our greed and our prosperity in this nation, it must come to an end eventually and that time appears to be approaching.

This Shall Pass too, but at what Cost

Some would say well it’s only four years, it will go fast, stop worrying, it will be okay, NO IT WILL NOT. This future president doesn’t want to be called a fascist or a dictator but that is what he is and or will become because he will be enabled to as even the Supreme court said so.  Now I get it most did not know Kamala, only from her record as a prosecutor, a California AG, Senator and Vice President, experience and happens to be a woman.  A woman who I believe has the ability to govern, but that is not what the people wanted. Its like going to the doctor and needing a surgeon but decide to go to Tijuana and have our surgery in a back alley because its cheaper, no offense to Tijuana, Mexico.

Personally I didn’t care about Kamala, I didn’t know her or know her personally, but only what she stood for in the sense of justice. She is democrat, fights for the progressives, something that I know the Right hates and even Christians, because it goes against the moral fabric of who we are, as we are promoting abortion, LGBQT lifestyles and immorality, but the reality is we are all human who has free will and choice to live our lives as we see fit, something GOD ordained from the beginning. In the end, we either go to heaven or hell, but as a Christians we are told to be lights to those who we don’t align with, but to love always, be true representatives of Jesus, I cant truly say that the Christians of today, especially the Presidents followers.

I truly believe there is too much focus on the lifestyles of people in general, frankly who cares what orientation a person is, let people live their lives as they see fit, how are they harming me, how are they paying my bills, how do those people affect my life. Yes I understand the culture changes, beliefs change and we are fools to think we can remain in the 1950’s, not going to happen. What we must do is teach ourselves and families to be more loving, accepting of others and focus on our own lives, yet Democrats and Republicans are so wrapped up into what people do in bed, behind closed doors, that is business that is between the person and God. We have people who act as moral police who are immoral themselves yet we let them dictate policies and laws on others.

Celebrities did this Election NO GOOD!

There is one other part of elections especially that didnt help, celebrity endorsements, mean nothing! A celebrity has no more influence than the common man and women and why would a person take the word of Taylor Swift or George Loonie or Oprah or Cardi B, their voices although influential have no influence as most of us think of as just entertainers, but that did hurt this election.

I truly don’t believe many of those artist truly believe in democracy or the democrats as they have their millions of dollars and fans, what more do they need in this world as there are those who are struggling with poverty, homelessness and far worse problems they will and can never imagine. Seriously what does Taylor Swift know of poverty as the world as embraced her, coveted her and made her a very wealthy women with great power. I get she is talented I am not taking that away from her, but at the end of the day has no real power to make change in the country and why should she, she is an entertainer.

As a country we have bigger problems, and this election only proved that we as a country cannot appreciate nor wanted a woman as president and a woman of color to lead our country. I get that we got Obama for eight years and wanted to go back to our roots of a White male president, which we have had for most presidents.

As a Christian Man, I know whatever happens its in God’s control, especially where our country is going and who is leading, but they are not Godly men and women, despite what the media wants us to believe, loyalist to the President only to do his bidding only to cause harm to the people and destroy from within.

I understand I may sound nuts and sound like some conspiracy nut but I believe in looking back to our past and the repeat of the past into the future, which is upon us, especially if you look to the history and rise of Adolf Hitler, mimicking America today. George Santayana, couldn’t have said it wiser, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it,”

As a country that prides itself on being highly intelligent and evolved, we are so stupid to the obvious all in the pursuit and wealth and power, forgetting the prime example of Rome, which fell in the same way America is. Unfortunately, we choose not to listen or remember history.

I pray my anger subsides, as I need to turn to my bible more in these times! Pray for me and truly for America, but yes as hard as it is to say, Pray for Trump to truly come to Jesus, but my mind I doubt he will ever come to Jesus, yet as Christians we can only hope.

I will not get over my feelings for some time and I am aware that will not change anything as what is done is done, God has allowed what will happen to take place, May God Help us. I know as a country we have major issues, one of them is our own citizens and those who need help like the homeless and those who struggle with mental illness, but there are humans who come to this country for help, failed by their own country, why should he harm them in the process, losing our humanity. Treat everyone with respect and kindness and who cares where they came from, they are not our concern, they are the concern of God’s, he will care for them.

On a positive note, Yes the future is what you make and if one of the greatest film series Back to the future have taught us, the future can change from the choices we make today, we have choice over our futures, so lets make a good one.
