The fear of the unknown is real, especially the future of U.S. and I get that I may be over dramatic in thinking the worst is upon us, but for many I don’t know if they see the true significance of what is happening. For many the political process is normal as we elect a new president, but believe it or not our democracy is still new as we are not thousands of years old, but  a few hundred years which is not a long time.

The Fall of America, like Rome

We have come to a crossroads when yes its possible that our democracy could end, because frankly without the guidance and advisement of moral and ethical people that its not possible as people will push the limits to get what they want whether its power or money or both. We live in an age where money can buy you anything influence, riches and anything one desires.

We truly live in a deprived world of sin, lust and greed and its only gets worse as people follow others, act as they act with no consequences. For example, If I wanted to do harm to someone, I could potentially be allowed. But many would say no you can not do what you want, you would go to prison, the Law would step in. Well, why doesn’t the law step in for the rich in sense of accountability and consequences.

Two Systems of Government

There are two systems of governance in the United States, one for the rich and the other for poor so to speak. I guess I fall into the poor category, where if I was to embezzle, murder, cheat and steal, I would surely go to prison. People who are in positions of power like government, no harms rarely come to them. 

I often struggle with whats the point, what is standing between me and anarchy to acting out my angry and taking it out on the world like others do, being a real A-hole to the world, despite the fact I consider myself a Christian and believer in GOD, which would make me a hypocrite. So many men and women in this world do cause harm, doing despicable horrible things like murder, debauchery, treating fellow men, women and child like a piece of property as we go back to a time when humans were nothing but a slave.  Although human slavery man not exist in the U.S. it still does exist to a degree in other countries as many would think we as people have evolved, but we have not evolved, we’ve only gotten worse.

The Great Conflict

I guess the greatest conflict I see is men and women who say they stand for JESUS yet do horrible deeds to each other. We live in country of so-called freedoms such as freedom of religion and speech but is it really free. Although I have the ability to write , blog, Podcast and VLOG to put my thoughts out there, there could be consequences to my thoughts and beliefs as people have the ability to take my words and use them against me especially in cases if I was to say derogatory things about people, spread hate, yet people do it every day, especially who also preach the name of Jesus about their hate for LGBQT people, migrants and immigrants and how they are drain on society, how they loath and dislike them calling them horrible names as if they were subhuman, that is NOT JESUS. Yet we are free for the most part to say what we like, spreading hate like wildfire, using the means of social media to catch fire across the world to millions and even billions of people each day.

The other disappointment is people fall hook, line and sinker for the lies from those who are supposed to speak truth, even from a preacher. I see that and yet I try not to judge but these are men who are supposed to be highly moral and ethical, but yet they say things that tells the world I really do hate you. I don’t have people, like most we have bias, we may stereotype which I know I need to correct because words, values and beliefs are embedded in our skin its difficult to remove them. I am not perfect nor will ever claim to but know that I too have the tendency to judge prematurely.

Decline of Morality in Faith Leaders

But as look around, men and women who we as society respect are no longer respectful. Frankly I know they don’t care, they get what they need out of society, whether its money, power and influence. I am thinking of Pastor Greg Laurie and Franklin Graham, two preachers who are in fact friends and who both have great influence. I am not saying they are immoral or unethical, frankly I don’t know but they preach highly of the president elect and former president as being a man of valor, a man who will save our crumbling decrypted society from ruin and to bring Jesus back to the table. Jesus never left, he has always been here, its Society who has rejected Jesus and people have only gotten worse over the years in turning their backs on the Jesus, but Jesus still loves them and US. 

The loss of Hope

Men, women and children are losing hope in this world as men and women continue to show us how easy it is to take advantage making others feel powerless. I do ask myself often what the point is of living in this world, why must I live in a world where men and women care nothing for each other, only wish to do harm to each other, where is the love.

Apart of the problem, we many no longer live, living in a cyber world of disconnection, no real human connection and contact, where it feels due to that reason, why must we continue being a society of rules, laws and civility when others live in a world where civility doesn’t exist, again treating each other like disposable garbage.

As believer, we are to follow Jesus and not man, but a preacher is a man, who in today’s culture uses the pulpit to preach about president elects and how great they are and how are country will be so much better for society, but I don’t see it that way.  I do see society crumbling in despair, getting worse due to moral depravity, lack of ethics and concern for human kind .

The next four years will a lot about the horrors that men and women are capable of as people in power project lawlessness, fear, hate, anger towards their own citizens as they stand behind that they are doing everything for the people to help them, but that is lie. The people in power take pleasure in hurting others, murdering them and if history shows us anything we will be in the history books and not in a good way, another form of Nazi, Germany, but instead we will treat immigrants, people of color and our citizens as human garbage as people will be executed, placed in cages for in cages for years and children will grow up seeing that hate is okay.

It pains me to write this and some again may think that what the media says will never happen, we have laws and guardrails in place to protect our society. If anything we may even have our version of the purge , a legal way to kill people and whittle down our society. Again this four years will tell but will say we will all be changed and not for the better, as our society is so stupid after all, supposed to be highly intelligent beings but failed that test, we ultimately deserve what is coming our way.
