I am pleased to announce the release of my new book, “Freaks: Life in the Circus, from Yesterday to Today” on September 23rd. This publication is inspired by my blog series of the same name, wherein I explored the lives of extraordinary individuals often referred to as freaks or sideshow performers. With a profound appreciation for the circus, I felt compelled to create this book, integrating content from my blogs alongside new discoveries of human oddities and notable circus tragedies.
The book features profiles of over 30 sideshows, many of which are relatively unknown due to limited historical information. I believe these individuals deserve recognition and a dedicated space within this work. Additionally, this book aims to preserve the memory of both these fascinating characters and the various tragedies that have occurred in the circus world.

Readers familiar with my blogs may also know of my previous novel, “The Menagerie Locket,” which focuses on circus performers and is available at major online retailers. My passion for the circus and its heritage remains unwavering. Through my ongoing writing, I strive to keep the spirit of the circus alive and bring attention to those who have been overlooked.
