On February 7th, I released my autobiography, "The Forgotten Son," which shares my life story, struggles with depression, and faith. It's dedicated to my family, serving as a legacy for my wife and daughter. Though primarily for them, it’s available for purchase online through retailers like Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Suicide prevention continues to be a topic we should all care about as I at one point struggled and even attempted many years ago, thankful to be here today. It's important to have an open discussion about struggle and stop making those with depression a stigma. There is hope for all who suffer, I am proof of that and here is my story.
