Covid has forever changed the world , but personally has changed my life in a different way. It has awakened me to my gifts, to go for my dreams and have an understanding how our work culture is changing. The piece examines what I have seen and hope to change in 2022 for a year of growth and progress.
Working to recover from COVID, my mind has drifted into self refllecting on the times of today, my work and the new year.
