No one likes being told to put a lid on it, but what if it's your workplace. For years I have been told to keep my head down and get to work. My self-worth has suffered over the years because I believed those, we trust but no more. Let's remember our value in life and in the workplace and not let it base it on what others say and do.
How attempting suicide changed my perspective and Life
Suicide prevention continues to be a topic we should all care about as I at one point struggled and even attempted many years ago, thankful to be here today.
